Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong is seeking an Executive in the Unsecured Lending Centre to drive sales targets through outbound calls and in-person interactions with customers.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate with branches, and serve as off-site Sales Consultant when needed. Fluency in English and Chinese is required, with at least five years in sales or call-center roles, preferably in banking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales or call center roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
• Banking or highly regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and business objectives through outbound calls and face-to-face interactions.
• Handle sales-related inquiries during outbound activities.
• Serve as off-site Sales Consultants when required.
• Identify opportunities from branch walk-ins and coordinate referrals.
