Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive the personal and SME banking sales strategy. You will manage a team, align with stakeholders, and optimize sales processes to meet business goals.

The role requires strong analytic capability, extensive banking experience, and fluency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua. You will contribute to policy updates and oversee key projects within a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder is required; preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related discipline.
• 8 years’ experience in banking or financial industry; 5 years hands-on sales management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge in statistics, retail banking operation, risk management and business practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop and implement sales management strategic plans for personal and SME banking products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote and implement overall business strategies.
• Oversee sales strategy execution, performance management tools, and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Recommend sales strategies, procedures revamp, and measures to enhance performance.
• Coordinate and monitor implementation of business strategies including cost-benefit analysis and resource allocation.
• Compile statistical reports on business data, market trends, for management review.
• Oversee ad hoc projects and update policies and procedures for the department.
