Job summary

RecruitFirst Limited, a market-leading financial services organisation, is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation and seeking a UX/UI designer to elevate customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.

You will develop UX/CX strategies, conduct stakeholder interviews, and create journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with business, developers, researchers, and consultants in Agile teams. Expect regional exposure and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
Experience designing web and mobile applications.
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong communication and stakeholder management in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Develop UX/CX strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research.
Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Define KPIs and optimize digital experiences through data-driven insights.
Present design concepts and manage feedback through the project lifecycle.
