Job summary

Senior UI/UX Designer in Hong Kong leads design for a financial app, translating complex financial features into intuitive journeys. You will master Figma and contribute as a proactive problem-solver within a multidisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with product teams from discovery to delivery, evaluate user feedback, and create visual designs that reinforce the banking and investment app.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in UX/UI design for financial app, with 5+ years of practical design experience.
• Experience in planning and conducting user evaluations.
• Strong ability to simplify complex with clear graphical communication.
• Experience applying motion graphics in apps is a plus.
• Ability to analyze product requirements and work collaboratively and autonomously.
• Proficiency in design, prototyping in Figma and Adobe Creative.
• Proficient in Traditional Chinese and English (read/write).

We seek a seasoned UX/UI Designer for our high-performing team. You will simplify complex financial features into seamless and innovative journeys. A master of Figma and a proactive problem-solver, you will thrive in our multidisciplinary team, using user insights to shape our digital banking experience.

You will be part of our multidisciplinary team to continue creating an innovative and seamless banking experience for Hong Kong.

You will work closely with product teams from exploration to delivery, while continually evaluating and iterating to enhance the experience of our investment features.

You will play a key role in simplifying complex banking information, financial operations, and campaigns.

Conduct user evaluations and collect feedback from customers on product feature concepts and designs to inform and support the definition of UX strategy.

Work within the design language system and brand guidelines to create visual designs and elements that reinforce the brand's style and establish the look and feel for the banking and investment app interface.

Create innovative UX journeys, data visualizations, motions, and transitions. Design interfaces with an interaction design mindset, considering motion and micro-animations.

Create UX design artifacts across the design process and run activities throughout the process, including customer journey mapping, UX design and prototyping, usability testing, and UI design.

Seek inspiration across different industries to bring delightful experiences and follow up with others through benchmark studies and trying out different services.

Solid foundation in UX/UI design for financial app, mini 5 years of practical design experiences. With experience in designing financial tools and have Experienced in planning and conducting user evaluation

Strong skill and proven experience in simplifying complex with simple graphical communication is a plus

Experience in applying motion graphics in app is a plus

Be able to effectively analyse product requirements and work collaboratively and autonomously.

Proficiency in design, prototyping in : Figma, , Adobe Creative

Understand various design disciplines and be adaptable in applying your skills to solve different design problems.

Be able to manage timelines and expectations.

Possess strong communication skills to share and present your approach and suggestions.
