Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree major in business, economics or accounting.
• Proven relevant degree level education with extensive experience in fund administration or Securities Services.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fiduciary and Fund Services to define functional and product strategy.
• Deliver service in line with procedures, regulations and laws to protect client interests.
• Participate in market forums to promote SCB perspectives and drive process improvements.
• Attend regulatory/market meetings to communicate client perspectives on changes.
• Execute strategic developments and projects to deliver on schedules.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous change across countries.
• Ensure governance, risk controls and policy compliance across processes.
• Oversee new business execution with sales, implementation and operations.
• Attend client visits to understand propositions and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with FM Sales to align services with growth targets.
