Job summary

Standard Chartered in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Client Relationship Manager for Financial Services & Securities (FSS) to manage key in-country clients and collaborate with global teams on complex multi-market accounts.

You will implement local client accounts, drive client satisfaction and retention, and identify growth opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor and country escalation point for client issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum of 2 years client services experience in Securities Services with proficient product / process knowledge.
• Organised with attention to detail and able to articulate well with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Works closely across the bank to ensure best in class & quality services are being provided to local BAM clients.
• Aligns with FI to understand client growth opportunities for local BAM clients.
• Ensures consistent service levels are provided to clients.
• Builds strong relationships and trust with local BAM clients.
• Anticipates change to retain and build competitive edge.
• Achieves revenue retention targets and defends existing mandates.
• Identifies innovative solutions to client needs, maximizing reuse of capabilities.
• Identifies growth opportunities and referrals with FSS RMs and Sales.
• Researches clients to understand their business models and requirements.
• Monitors competitor offerings to identify gaps and remediation.
• Adds value through MI to enhance client efficiency and interaction with SCB.
• Maintains commercial balance between client needs and profitability.
