Job summary

Standard Chartered in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Trustee Services professional to support ORSO and MPF schemes with administration and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with FSS, FM, CC and Operations to ensure fiduciary duties are met and schemes operate within governing rules.

The role focuses on scheme communications, regulatory reporting, and enhancing operational processes to deliver scalable, compliant services for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and planning capabilities.
• Experience with retirement schemes (ORSO) and MPF operations.
• Knowledge of ORSO/MPF regulations and eMPF platform is a plus.
• Excellent Cantonese and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle general enquiries from clients, scheme administrators and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review scheme communication materials.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and returns.
• Review internal procedures on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align trustee strategies.
