Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong seeks an experienced professional to sign off on Transfer Agency reports and client communications, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with Fiduciary & Fund Services teams to drive process improvements, manage changes, and deliver high-quality investor services across markets. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, economics or accounting.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in fund administration or securities services with regulatory awareness.
• Experience in controlling, audit or operations is advantageous.
• Proven ability to develop strategy papers and manage changes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Fiduciary and Fund Services product management to define strategy and execution plans.
• Deliver service in line with procedures, regulations and client expectations.
• Participate in market advisory forums to promote SCB perspectives.
• Engage in regulatory/market infrastructure meetings to discuss changes.
• Execute against strategic developments and project plans to meet timelines.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive regional process improvements.
• Oversee fund launches, transfers and terminations with proper documentation.
• Attend client visits and due diligence to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with FM Sales to align services with growth targets.
• Monitor client service standards across countries and escalate issues when needed.
• Work with country heads to ensure governance and controls are robust.
