Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager within Financing & Securities Services (FSS) to lead strategic relationships for designated institutional clients. You will collaborate with product, coverage, operations and risk teams to deliver integrated solutions across custody, fund services and digital assets.

The role requires a consultative, solution‑oriented approach and the ability to navigate multi‑product engagements across geographies.

Qualifications

• Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive experience within securities services, asset servicing, asset management, institutional banking or related financial services.
• Demonstrable experience managing strategic institutional client relationships.
• Proven experience leading complex sales opportunities, RFPs and cross-border deal teams.
• Strong understanding of global custody, fund services and transaction banking environments.
• Knowledge of digital asset ecosystems and tokenisation initiatives is advantageous.
• Relevant professional qualifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned clients aligned to FSS and Transaction Services.
• Build senior and executive-level relationships with client decision makers.
• Maintain understanding of clients' business models and growth plans.
• Lead commercial discussions, RFPs and cross-border deals.
• Coordinate product, implementation, operations and technology teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Drive cross-selling opportunities across related services.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline and CRM updates.
