Job summary

WilliamSELECT is seeking an Assistant Training Manager / Senior Trainer for a luxury jewellery brand to lead regional training initiatives. The role focuses on developing programs for the sales team, aligning with HQ and regional teams, and delivering engaging learning experiences across the region.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of luxury fashion retail training, strong leadership, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree holder
• At least 6 years of retail training experience in Luxury Fashion
• Understanding of the luxury fashion industry
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with retail/store management experience will also be considered

Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate training plan in the region
• Deliver training program to sales team including product knowledge, soft skills, selling techniques etc.
• Provide field coaching to frontline staff
• Identify training needs and create strategies
• Develop & translate new training tools and manage existing kits
• Align the training requirement with HQ and regional team
• Manage the training budgets
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties
