• 15+ years of solid engineering management experience with proven track record.
• Corporate membership of any professional bodies is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve site issues and manage a sizable team.

Responsibilities

• Account for full spectrum of technical management duties to ensure smooth operations of the portfolio.
• Manage project pipeline from design, submissions, procurement to installation with support from designers, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse tender and procurement process.
• Review and monitor vendors' performances to promote quality initiatives.
• Offer professional and value-added advice to senior management for sustainability measures.
• Develop and maintain standards and procedures to ensure compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder in building services, mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent
• At least 15 years of solid engineering management experiences with proven track record in renowned portfolio
• Corporate member of any professional bodies is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to resolve the site issues and manage a sizable team
• Results driven, self-initiative, excellent in communications abilities
