Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Head of Projects to lead asset enhancement and workplace fit-out initiatives across key accounts.

You will oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, risk management, and governance, while driving client success, P&L ownership, and high-performance project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in project management.
• Experience running a delivery/ M&E project with P&L ownership and growth.
• Deep expertise in building services, contract management, and project governance.
• Strong commercial acumen and senior stakeholder management.

Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, supply partners, and internal leadership.

Ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations, statutory regulations, QHSE standards, and internal project governance/audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.

Minimum 12 years of experience in project management

Proven background running a project delivery/M&E business with full P&L ownership, business growth, and team management.

Deep expertise in principal contracting, building services (HVAC, electrical, fire), contract management, risk, and project governance.

Strong commercial acumen, financial control, business development, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management.
