Job summary

Charterhouse Hong Kong is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead full-cycle E&M projects from design and procurement through testing, commissioning and handover. You will drive complex initiatives in heavy industries and ensure on-time delivery.

You will perform root-cause analyses, oversee regulatory submissions, audits and improvements, and develop training to ensure staff competency and quality workmanship. A tertiary engineering degree and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in heavy industries.
• Proven track record in compliance of regulatory submission and documentation.
• Forward-thinking, self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Steer full-cycle E&M projects - from design and procurement through to contract management, testing & commissioning etc.
• Drive root-cause analysis on equipment failures and execute corrective design changes
• Conduct technical audits and reviews to drive continuous O&M improvements.
• Develop training and assessments to ensure staff competency, compliance, and quality workmanship.
