Charterhouse Limited is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to steer full-cycle E&M projects from design through commissioning. The role requires in-depth experience in heavy industries and a proven track record with regulatory submissions.

The successful candidate will lead root-cause analyses, conduct technical audits, and develop staff training to ensure compliance and quality workmanship. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of engineering experience in heavy industries.
• Proven track record with regulatory submission and documentation.
• Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent organizational abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Steer full-cycle E&M projects - from design and procurement through to contract management, testing & commissioning etc.
• Drive root-cause analysis on equipment failures and execute corrective design changes.
• Conduct technical audits and reviews to drive continuous O&M improvements.
• Develop training and assessments to ensure staff competency, compliance, and quality workmanship.
