Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst for an insurance and AI focus. The role bridges business stakeholders, vendors, and tech teams to drive digital initiatives, website enhancements, and system integration projects.

The candidate will gather requirements, coordinate with vendors, define API integration needs, and ensure successful UAT and production rollout across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst, preferably in insurance.
• Strong understanding of website development projects and digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, web services, RESTful APIs, and system interfaces.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
• Proven experience managing external vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with UAT planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Understand processes, pain points, and digital transformation needs with business users.
• Participate in website enhancement and digital platform projects.
• Define API integration requirements between internal and external systems.
• Prepare BRD, FSD, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate with internal IT, development teams, and external vendors.
• Manage vendors to ensure project deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, UAT preparation, testing, and production rollout.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide timely resolutions.
• Support system implementation and post-go-live activities.
• Communicate updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
