Job summary
Michael Page International (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior/Technical Business Analyst to drive digital transformation by linking business stakeholders with IT teams. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional and technical specs, and coordinate delivery.
You will work with project managers, solution architects, developers and QA to ensure requirements are delivered, support UAT, analyze processes, and map data flows across ERP/CRM/finance systems.
Qualifications
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Act as a liaison between business users, project teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate system implementation and digital transformation initiatives across business functions.
- Participate in solution evaluation, system enhancement, and technical solution discussions.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
- Prepare BRD, functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
- Support system integration, data mapping, and workflow analysis activities.
- Collaborate with PMs, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are delivered.
- Facilitate UAT and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Monitor deliverables, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
- Provide post-implementation support and coordinate enhancements.
Responsibilities
