Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and deliver system enhancements. You will gather and document requirements, work with business users, IT teams and vendors, and drive UAT planning and testing.

Strong communication across stakeholders is essential. The role requires 3+ years in BA/PM or related fields, plus experience in large-scale digital transformations and knowledge of the insurance

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Insurance, Project Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, System Implementation or Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, agency onboarding journey, licensing and contracting processes will be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for digital transformation and system enhancements.
• Translate business needs with users, IT teams and vendors into system solutions.
• Develop UAT plans and test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and outcomes for successful project delivery.
• Support project implementation, production rollout, user training, post-implementation review and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and assignments as required by management.
