Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Business Admin or related field.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Experience transforming requirements into functional specs.
- Familiarity with system implementation and APIs.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Act as a liaison between business users, project teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate system implementation and digital transformation initiatives across business functions.
- Participate in solution evaluation, system enhancement, and technical solution discussions.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
- Prepare BRD, functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
- Support system integration, data mapping, and workflow analysis activities.
- Collaborate with PMs, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are delivered.
- Facilitate UAT and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Monitor deliverables, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
- Provide post-implementation support and coordinate enhancement requests.
