Job summary

CatoMind Limited is seeking an experienced System Analyst to translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will guide development teams through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

In this role you will lead system analysis, create architecture diagrams, and document specifications while coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant IT industry experience, preferably covering software development, system implementation, and a System Analyst or similar technical design role.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Solid development experience in data management, C#, .NET, Node.js, JavaScript, React, or other relevant programming technologies.
• Experience in front-end development, CI/CD practices, DevOps operations, APIs, PowerShell, Git, and relational databases.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and team-leadership abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Exposure to generative AI, intelligent search, AI agents, chatbots, document processing, data analytics, or workflow automation is advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead system analysis, business process and requirement analysis, solution architecture, design workshops, and prototype sessions with customers and users.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs and high-quality documentation, including structured design documents, architectural diagrams, functional and technical specifications, process flows, data models, integration designs, and implementation plans.
• Design, develop, customise, and maintain secure and scalable solutions
• Contribute to front-end development and establish or maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient software delivery.
• Lead developers in DevOps operations, review technical deliverables and source code, and ensure compliance with agreed architecture, coding standards, security requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Manage database administration and coordinate software and hardware maintenance activities.
• Perform system patching, housekeeping, health checks, backup and recovery activities, and disaster recovery drills.
• Plan and conduct system, integration, performance, security, and regression testing; support UAT, defect resolution, and acceptance activities.
• Handle incidents, troubleshoot application, database, infrastructure, and integration issues, resolve problems, and respond to user enquiries.
• Plan and support system installation, configuration, data migration, cutover, deployment, go-live, user training, and initial production support.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, vendors, customer teams, and different user groups to resolve technical issues and manage dependencies.
• Monitor relevant Microsoft product roadmaps and emerging technologies, and recommend practical enhancements that deliver business value and continuous improvement.Requirements
