Job summary

ExxonMobil Hong Kong Limited seeks a senior professional to lead a regional deal team focused on structured trade and commodity finance. You will develop deal structures, term sheets, credit reviews and documentation for diverse financing solutions, coordinating with origination, legal and finance to deliver innovative solutions that support GT customers.

Based in Hong Kong, you will build and nurture banking relationships, optimize risk/return across complex structures, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

Experience in structured trade and commodity finance transactions.
Ability to develop term sheets and perform credit and due diligence.
Proficiency in structuring, documentation and contract review.
Experience in presenting to stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities

Collaboratively develop deal structures using structured trade finance tools to enable origination activity.
Develop funding and other solutions for third parties, including prepays, asset-backed lending, inventory finance and other arrangements.
Lead a regional deal team to develop and syndicate financing structures for Global Trading Origination.
Build and support banking/syndication relationships for deal placement and market insights.
Contribute to all aspects of structured trade and commodity finance from modeling to term sheet development and due diligence.
Apply financing techniques to complex situations with focus on risk/return and collateral arrangements.
Ensure transactions comply with funding strategies, instruments, and policies.
Improve valuation models for credit, working capital and optionality.
Collaborate across Global Trading and Finance to achieve best outcomes.
