Job summary

Tf International Securities seeks a senior Structuring professional to lead the desk's strategy, roadmap and revenue generation in Hong Kong. You will oversee product design, pricing, risk and cross-border financing, coordinating with Sales, Research and Trading to convert relationships into actionable transactions.

You will manage documentation, onboarding and governance while developing repeatable offerings and mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in quantitative finance, financial engineering, mathematics, economics, or related discipline is preferred.
• At least eight years of relevant experience in structuring, derivatives, structured products or Global Markets solutions.
• Proven ability to originate and execute structured transactions and convert client needs into revenue.
• Strong knowledge of structured notes, equity-linked products, options, swaps, repo and structured financing.
• Experience with note issuance programmes, ISDA/CSA, GMRA and cross-border product arrangements.
• Proficiency with pricing, hedging, funding, market and counterparty risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy and product roadmap for the Structuring Desk.
• Review and optimize structuring infrastructure and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Research and Trading to meet client needs and convert relationships into transactions.
• Originate, structure and execute products including structured notes, options and swaps.
• Lead product design, payoff analysis, pricing, and term sheet preparation.
• Oversee transaction economics and coordinate hedging and position management.
• Build and maintain relationships with issuers, counterparties and product partners.
• Drive governance for new products and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations to improve processes.
