Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years in distribution management, sales channel partnering roles within financial services or insurance.
• Deep understanding of life insurance distribution channels including Agency, Broker, Wealth, HNW/MCV.
• Experience designing and managing distribution compensation schemes within insurance/financial services.
• Strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, project management, and change leadership.
• Commercially minded, structured, proactive, resilient, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Transformation & Channel Strategy initiatives including channel redesigns and capability upgrades.
• Build and optimize market-competitive sales incentive schemes aligned with KPIs and differentiation in rewards.
• Oversee end-to-end agent and advisor acquisition, onboarding, and capability development.
• Partner with HR for workforce analytics, planning, and governance of compensation plans.
