Chubb Life Insurance Hong Kong Limited is seeking a proactive strategic business manager to support growth and execution of new Wealth Management initiatives. The role bridges team expansion, partnerships, and project orchestration with executive reporting and budgeting support.

The candidate will drive end-to-end project work, manage cross‑functional coordination, and build relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative wealth solutions.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Business Management, Strategic Planning, or Project Coordination.
• Hands-on experience executing strategic projects, organizing agendas/minutes, and coordinating approvals across teams.
• Strong organizational skills to handle ground-level details alongside broader business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, comfortable preparing materials for management and communicating with external partners.

Mansioni

• Drive full lifecycle project execution: propose ideas, draft action plans, summary key action items, perform document and contract reviews, and secure related parties' approvals
• Coordinate with external channels and partner networks to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions and services
• Conceptualize, pitch, and execute new and evolving business models
• Track channel P&Ls and monitor performance against key target metrics / KPIs
• Assist in the annual budgeting process in coordination with Finance
• Act as the key meeting coordinator for strategic projects: arrange meetings with key stakeholders, organize agendas, and maintain precise meeting minutes
• Build and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to carry out different initiatives
• Prepare clear executive presentations, decision papers, and periodic reporting materials to support management decision-making
• Proactively scale the wealth management team by leveraging networks, forming strategic partnerships, and hosting recruitment seminars
• Identify and qualify potential new B2B market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaboration to drive sustainable business growth
