You will drive product training, ensure compliance, and foster long-term relationships with senior broker stakeholders to achieve the company’s sales targets.

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry focusing on Global HNW segment and International brokers partnerships.
• Good communications and sales motivation skills.
• Excellent customer service mind-set.
• Excellent product training skill.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic alliances with reputable international brokers aligned with business directions to meet sales plans.
• Develop business development plans to foster sustainable growth.
• Analyse international HNW market trends and provide market insights to achieve company goals.
• Design tailor-made campaigns, sales support, training, and sponsorships to activate or maintain broker relationships across markets.
• Penetrate focused international brokers through regular visits and multi-level relationship building.
• Plan and utilise agreed financials to maximize top-line performance.
• Conduct product training for partners to promote offerings to broker markets.
• Drive international HNW business with product innovation and broker diversification.
• Manage compliance issues of assigned international brokers and perform annual due diligence.
