Luxoft in Hong Kong seeks an experienced application support professional to join our global team for trading, post-trade and PnL platforms. You will participate in release processes, monitor end-to-end transaction flow, and work with developers, analysts and traders.

You will manage incidents, track problems, and drive continuous improvements through automation with Dev teams. Strong knowledge of Linux, AWS, Kafka, Docker, FIX protocol and databases is essential, as is clear communication with

• At least 5+ years of application support experience.
• Comfortable with Client/server architecture, Linux OS, AWS and Kafka messaging/docker containerization.
• Proficiency with Bash; Python or Perl scripting.
• Detailed practical knowledge of FIX protocol.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL).
• Good knowledge of trade flow, asset classes and trade life cycle.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders including brokers, exchanges, and portfolio managers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage trading and risk platform readiness across pre-trading to post-trade systems.
• Monitor and support end-to-end transaction flow across the trading platform.
• Identify and resolve alerts and issues to minimize trade flow impact.
• Incident management: communicate incidents to stakeholders and produce PM reports.
• Problem tracking and driving resolution.
• Coordinate with Investment management, Portfolio managers, Operations, Development, Compliance and Infrastructure.
• Support scheduled changes with development teams.
• Oversee automated processes, scheduling, alerts and reporting.
• Handle user requests and drive improvements via automation.
