Information Technology Services (ITS) provides central IT services to support the University’s teaching, learning, research and administrative activities. We are currently looking for high-calibre IT talent to join us in implementing and supporting the University's finance systems. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, leveraging his/her technical expertise to design, develop, and integrate tailored software solutions.
The Role
The appointee will develop and maintain in-house and other finance systems including Oracle e-Business Suite, iExpenses, and Cloud Procurement. He/She will collect and analyze user requirements, design systems, perform programming and testing, provide technical support, and liaise with internal administrative offices/departmental users and external solutions consultants.
Qualifications and Qualities
Applicants should (1) possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline; (2) have solid experience in software application development and support; (3) have a good command of written and spoken English; and (4) demonstrate good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer
The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, and commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
