IKEA Hong Kong & Macau is seeking a senior social media lead to drive strategy, content, and campaigns across digital channels. You will manage a team and external partners to deliver engaging, brand-aligned communications that resonate with customers in Hong Kong and Macau.

The role requires extensive experience in social media, strong leadership, and fluency in Chinese and English. A customer-centric mindset and an ability to collaborate with marketing and PR teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in social media, digital communications, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing social media campaigns and agency partners.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• People management experience including coaching and developing team members.
• Experience in budget management, forecasting, ROI analysis.
• Knowledge of marketing, branding and digital advertising.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media landscape and trends.
• Strong communication skills in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for listening and responding to consumer conversations about life at home and IKEA brand online.
• Lead social media team in campaign planning and cross-channel integration.
