Qualifikationen

• University degree with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in financial services or related industry.
• Strong understanding of customer digital behaviors.
• Proven experience in digital, performance marketing and e-commerce.
• Creative mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision; multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English; license if activities are regulated.

Aufgaben

• Lead GEO and SEO content strategy and development to improve organic visibility and content discoverability.
• Lead iShop and corporate website lead generation enhancements, including user journeys and conversion-focused initiatives.
• Support website content maintenance for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency.
• Own lead operations, including journey setup, execution coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver digital content, platform enhancements, and lead generation.
• Analyze digital performance and customer journey data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on GEO, SEO, lead generation, MarTech, website and e-commerce trends to drive innovation.
