Job summary

Gateway Search Pte Ltd, in partnership with a leading global FMCG and food & beverage organisation, seeks a Senior Brand & Marketing Manager for Hong Kong & Macau. This senior, hands-on role owns brand strategy, consumer marketing and long-term growth across the two markets, collaborating with regional teams, the distributor and the local Commercial Director.

You will lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, e-commerce, PR and in-store activation, manage A&P budgets,

Qualifications

• Experience in senior brand management within FMCG, preferably in HK market.
• Strong track record of end-to-end brand ownership and portfolio strategy.
• Proficiency in integrating multi-channel campaigns (digital, PR, influencer, in-store).
• Experience managing budgets, A&P spend and ROI analysis.
• Ability to partner with distributors, agencies and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual brand and marketing strategy for Hong Kong & Macau, including three-year roadmap.
• Analyse consumer, shopper and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, advertising, e-commerce, PR and influencer marketing.
• Manage A&P budgets, investment planning and ROI assessment.
• Lead local innovation and renovation initiatives including pricing and packaging.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams and distributors on new product launches.
