Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, a part of OCBC Bank, is seeking an SME Banking professional to manage end-to-end KYC, client due diligence, and AML/CRS compliance. The role focuses on acquiring New-to-Bank clients in the SME segment and achieving individual targets within a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years SME banking experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–5 years SME banking experience in customer relation management is preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Banking Manager.

Responsibilities

• Acquire New-to-Bank clients to SME segment.
• Act as the single point of contact, managing the end-to-end KYC process.
• Conduct customer due diligence, AML assessment, FATCA and CRS in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Achieve individual business targets and contribute to the performance of the team.
• Proactive connect with key contact persons from channels for business expansion.
• Timely communication with clients regarding inquiries on know your customer requirements.
• Client experience management via handling of customer inquiries with timely response.
• Able to handle complex NTB application, e.g. complex structure, NBFI, SCC, PEP, etc.
