Responsibilities

Lead a team in conducting in-depth analyses of global securities and FX margin trading operations to proactively identify and recommend service optimization strategies.
Plan, formulate, and evaluate the effectiveness of annual business plan, proposing actionable improvements to achieve departmental annual revenue targets.
Assist in developing business processes, monitoring measures, and revising regulatory documentation and compliance policies.
Raise system enhancement requirements and conduct related user acceptance testing (UAT).
Manage daily team operations, including staff allocation, shift scheduling, and task supervision.
