Job summary

Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is seeking an experienced Wealth Management leader to drive market development and strategy execution.

You will oversee the asset allocation framework, marketing campaigns, and product portfolio optimization to strengthen the bank's wealth management offerings. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in retail banking, at least 10 years of experience with 3 years in management, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Business Administration or related disciplines (HKQF Level 5).
• Qualified under SFO for Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4 and MPF/Insurance Intermediary.
• At least 10 years of experience in retail banking, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
• Familiarity with wealth management products and related regulatory laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Closely monitor market development trends and assist in formulating the unit's work plans.
• Coordinate and drive the implementation of business initiatives; lead the team in execution and performance reviews.
• Establish KPIs and coordinate resources to achieve business goals.
• Conduct market research and demand analysis for wealth management products; lead product development and optimize portfolios.
• Develop and refine asset allocation frameworks to enhance professional guidance on asset allocation.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to grow the retail wealth management brand and market share.
