Job summary

Guardian Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive assistant to prepare sales proposals, quotations, and client presentations, and to explore new business opportunities. You will coordinate with internal and external parties and provide clerical support, with fluency in English and Chinese and basic Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Prior property management or sales/customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Property Management is a plus.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

Requirements
