Job summary

Guardian Property Management Limited is seeking a Senior/Technical Officer to manage planned and preventive maintenance for residential developments. The role requires coordinating maintenance activities, supervising technicians, and handling tender-related tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have an electrical background with related experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to prepare and issue work orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• Registered Electrical Worker Grade A is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in residential developments.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Experience in tender preparation and issuance.
• Experience in preparing and issuing work orders.
• Experience in handling improvement and maintenance works.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and preventive maintenance works.
• Ability to supervise and monitor the work performance of technicians.

Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer

Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) qualification is an advantage.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in residential developments is preferred for Technical Officer; and at least 5 years of relevant working experience in residential developments is preferred for Senior Technical Officer.

Proficient in computer applications.

Experience in tender preparation and issuance.

Experience in preparing and issuing work orders.

Experience in handling improvement and maintenance works.

Ability to schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and preventive maintenance works.

Ability to supervise and monitor the work performance of technicians.
