Job summary

Guardian Property Management Limited in Central, Hong Kong is hiring a Senior Property Officer / Assistant Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of buildings and estates, ensuring the highest standard of management services for owners and tenants.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Property/Facility Management, with 5 years' experience (3 years in a managerial role), and may possess CIHCM/HKIH or a PMP license, demonstrating strong leadership and bilingual proficiency in English

Qualifications

• Degree in Property/Facility Management or related discipline preferred.
• 5 years in Property/Facility Management with 3 years in a managerial role.
• Membership or qualification: CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager preferred.
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of buildings/estates to meet owners/tenants requirements and comply with DMC, BMO and statutory requirements.
• Lead and manage the property management team.
