Sanderson-iKas is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Structured Product platform sales across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan. You will grow strategic client relationships, lead business development, and coordinate bespoke platform requests while driving solutions with internal teams.

The role combines deep structured-products expertise with consultative sales and project delivery, reporting to senior stakeholders in a fast-growth fintech environment based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in financial services, consulting, fintech or similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of structured products, platform workflows and execution processes.
• Able to engage credibly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proven consultative sales, account management and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at financial institutions.
• Own client engagements end-to-end, including business development, project coordination and customised requests.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for existing regional clients.
• Gather client feedback, identify issues and coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, budgets and forecasts.
• Support ongoing development and adoption of a cross-asset platform.
