Job summary

Dextra Pacific Plumbing Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales Executive based in Hong Kong's Wan Chai District. This full-time role focuses on driving growth, promoting plumbing products, and building strong client relationships through proactive sales activities and excellent service.

You will engage with government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, and property managers, coordinating projects and ensuring client satisfaction across the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, with at least 2 years in building materials sales.
• High diploma or above, marketing or engineering preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote plumbing products and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their needs.
• Identify and develop new customers, including government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, property management companies.
• Involve in all sales activities: promotion, project coordination, quotations, samples, site visits, and payment follow-up.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support and report customer issues for prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Promote the plumbing products and achieve sales target set by the company.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively address their needs.
• Identify and develop new customer base, for example, government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, property management companies etc.
• Involve in all aspects of sales activities, including product promotion, project co-ordination, quotation preparation, sample development follow up, customer and site visits and payment follow up etc.
• Provide quality pre-sales and post-sales services and technical support to customers. Report customer complaints and help division manager to provide prompt and appropriate response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, at least 2 years of sales experiences within the building material industry. Candidate with customer service experiences will also be considered.
• High diploma or above, prefer in marketing or engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of clients.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
