Lingnan University in Hong Kong invites applications for the post of Assistant Administrative Manager II (Research Postgraduate Team) within the School of Graduate Studies. You will support RPg matters from admissions to graduation, and assist in quality assurance aligned with the university's strategic direction.

The role requires excellent English and Chinese, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and experience in workflow automation or admissions is advantageous.

Qualifications

• A good first degree, plus at least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong committee-work experience.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong report-writing skills.
• Able to work independently under tight schedules.
• Experience with admissions-related matters or workflow automation is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide wide range of administrative support for RPg studies at university central level.
• Provide secretarial support to committees.
• Assist in development and enhancement of systems, data analytics and automation projects for RPg programmes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
