Job summary

EY in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager in the Rewards and HR Transactions practice within People Consulting. You will work on total rewards, executive remuneration, and HR transactions, advising clients and leading engagements.

This role offers an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment with opportunities to shape client strategies, manage projects, and engage with C-suite stakeholders; Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant discipline.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm, global consultancy, or an in-house role with exposure to large-scale programs of work.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
• Effective project management experience including organization and time management skills.
• Managers or above are expected to be experienced in engaging C-Suite level stakeholders and senior management.
• Excellent communication skills and command of English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a strong plus.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of business trends and industry advancements to shape client’s people strategy.
• Identify new opportunities and lead proposal development.
• Design and create innovative solutions to address client needs.
• Deliver solutions through a multi-disciplinary approach with insights from subject matter experts and partnerships across service lines.
• Coach and provide feedback to enable team members to maximize team performance.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Embrace ambiguity and challenges and learn through new experiences.
