Job summary

Schindler Lifts (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a senior compensation leader to design and drive compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals in Hong Kong. You will lead annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive schemes while benchmarking market practices and ensuring internal equity.

The role requires a deep expertise in rewards, strong analytics, and proven change-management experience.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with strong focus on rewards and transformation.
• Expertise in compensation benchmarking, design and implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Change management experience and a track record of driving process improvements.
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as the Assistant HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous enhancement of compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive annual compensation review processes, including salary review, bonus planning, and incentive schemes.
• Conduct market benchmarking and rewards analysis, providing insights and recommendations on salary structures, pay positioning and benefits strategies.
• Oversee payroll operations and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a high-quality employee experience.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders on compensation-related matters, providing professional advice and data-driven recommendations.
• Manage workforce cost planning, HR budgeting, headcount reporting and compensation analytics to support business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency through automation and continuous improvement.
