Job summary

• At least two years in a supervisor role.
• Fluent English and Cantonese.
• Food safety certification current.
• Available for evening and weekend service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evening floor team of up to twelve. Run pre-shift briefings and allocate sections.
• Own service standards and guest recovery. Manage covers, reservations and turn times.
• Support stock counts and POS reconciliation.
• Train and develop junior floor staff.
