Job summary

Le Whitfield Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction across Tin Hau and Sai Ying Pun sites. The role requires strong leadership, training skills, and a commitment to service excellence.

You will manage shifts, respond to guest escalations, monitor cleanliness and maintenance, support financial controls, and provide on-the-job training to frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma/associate/bachelor in hospitality management or business administration with solid hands-on hotel experience (minimum 3 years).
• Knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud is preferable.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Six days per week; duties at Tin Hau and Sai Ying Pun hotels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff; assign daily shift tasks and monitor productivity.
• Greet guests and handle escalations or complaints promptly; meet special requests.
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and equipment for cleanliness and maintenance; manage handovers and daily reports.
• Assist with cash handling, billing accuracy, inventory, and department statistics.
• Provide on-the-job training to new frontline staff.
