Job summary

The Murray in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily F&B operations at a premium venue. You will drive service standards, manage budgets and staff to deliver a memorable guest experience. You should have at least 8 years in F&B, with 4 in management, a higher diploma or above in hospitality, and familiarity with LQA standards.

Strong leadership, financial acumen and teamwork are essential. Experience in lounge establishments preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in Food & Beverage operations, with 4 years in a managerial role.
Higher diploma or above in hospitality management or related discipline.
Experience in lounge establishments and knowledge of LQA standards preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead a motivated, cohesive team.
Strong business sense with knowledge of P&L review.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximise revenue.
Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality; address guest feedback to ensure a memorable dining experience.
Manage restaurant budget including monitoring expenses, revenue and profitability.
Assist with inventory management and maintenance of operating equipment and other assets.
Oversee team scheduling and coach team members to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
