Miramar Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced F&B leader to support the Restaurant General Manager and oversee daily operations. You will manage budgets, forecasted performance, and cost controls while ensuring top-tier service and profitability.

The role requires hands-on F&B leadership, strong English communication, and the ability to mentor a dynamic team to achieve premium dining standards. A diploma in Hotel/Catering Management is advantageous.

Formación

• A minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience in F&B operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Diploma in Hotel/Catering Management or related disciplines is an advantage.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mentality, self-confidence, and an energetic work approach.
• Proficiency in spoken English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Restaurant General Manager and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee budgets and monthly/annual forecasts, diligently control costs to align with budgeted revenue and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to create new menus and attractive promotion plans.
• Keep a keen eye on competitors' activities and formulate business strategies to enhance our competitive edge.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage customer inquiries and address feedback, promptly implement corrective measures to uplift the dining experience.
• Provide inspiring leadership and training to the energetic team and foster a positive work environment.
• Handle and complete routine and ad hoc tasks aligned with group policy and management decisions.
