Job summary

Nina Hotel Kowloon East in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant planning, operation and management. You will set sales and service targets, conduct projection analyses, and collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to develop and implement new Food and Beverage concepts.

The role requires a deep hotel background, fluent English and Chinese, and strong PC skills. This is a full‑time, long‑term position located in Kwun Tong area.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of hotel experience and 3 years in same capacity.
• University or hotel school graduate.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects, namely but not limited to, the planning, operation and management of the restaurant.
• Establish sales and service objectives for the restaurant, perform sales projection analysis and related research.
• Recommend new Food and Beverage concepts, develop from planning to implementation, together with the Chef de Cuisine.
