Job summary

Dining Art Group (HK) Limited invites applications for a Restaurant Supervisor at Nordic Fine Dining in Sheung Wan. Assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hotel management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Western restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for supervisory positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Handle customer complaints, questions, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
• Step in for the Restaurant Manager when absent.
