Job summary

Nina Hotel Kowloon East is hiring for a hotel restaurant service role. The successful candidate will work under the Captain, assist with food delivery from the kitchen, and serve guests with punctuality, efficiency and courtesy.

We require 3–5 years in hotel restaurant operations, fluency in English and Chinese, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in hotel restaurant operations.
• Able to communicate in English / Chinese.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to provide customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the Captain.
• Assist the Captain, collect the food from the kitchen and serve the customer.
• Be punctual, efficient and above all courteous. Assume at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest and never speak in a loud voice to other employees.
