Job summary

HK Executive Search is seeking an Associate / Senior Researcher for internal positions in Hong Kong and Shanghai. The role focuses on candidate relationship management and delivering client-focused recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will build and extend client relationships through sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates across on-site or off-site settings, advising on the best talent strategies, and contributing to multi-channel sourcing and market insight.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 10+ years in a business environment.
• Ability to analyze business information and organize multiple points and large amounts of data into concise targeted information summaries.
• Strong relationships to build an industry network and generate opportunities.
• Initiative and resourcefulness with well-planned strategies to meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
• Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment.
• Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements.
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
• Identify market trends and researching information effectively through various channels.
• Offering resume, interview and general career advice.
• Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process.
