Job summary

DLPRC is seeking an Elite Recruiter (Mandarin Speaker) based in Hong Kong Island. This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing top talent to support the growth of our business clients.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, recruitment or headhunting experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, engage passive candidates, coordinate interviews, and help develop local clients in the Thai market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Candidates with recruitment or headhunting experience preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
