Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Regional Workspace Engineer with extensive experience in IT infrastructure operations and projects. The ideal candidate must possess a college diploma in an IT-related field, have at least 5 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in managing Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are required, along with certifications such as Microsoft 365 or ITIL being advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years working experience in supporting the regional user workspace environment.
• Extensive knowledge in managing and administrating Active Directory, Microsoft 365 enterprise apps, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Professional certificate holder of Microsoft 365 / Azure / VMWare / ITIL / PMP is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of AD, M365, Exchange in hybrid env.
• Experience in Intune, Workspace One, Windows Server, Windows 10, Skype for Business, MS Teams, and SCCM/PowerShell.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and 2nd/3rd level support.
• English and Chinese communication skills (Mandarin & Cantonese).
• Professional certs (M365/Azure/VMware/ITIL/PMP) advantageous.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
